TNT Lighting Return Policy

Return Policy

Please email us to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any items. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and includes all original packaging materials, inserts, manuals and warranty cards. We charge a modest 20% restocking fee to help offset the cost of shipping, materials and labor associated with the assembly of each package. Any Express Shipping Charges is non refundable. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged it is not refundable. No returns request will be accepted after 30 days of the Invoice Date. All returns must be received within 15 days from the date when the RMA was issued. No returns will be accepted without the assigned valid RMA number displayed clearly on the return package, original Invoice copy is required. The customer is always responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives damaged or defective. TNT Lighting LLC is not responsible for any time lost or labor and equipment rental related expenses.

Shipping discrepancies for missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported to our customer service within 15 days of delivery.

Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. In order to receive a full refund on a purchase that offers promotional items all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total

Return Shipping Instructions

  • You MUST request an RMA number before return any products, the products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition, include all original packaging materials. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Please do not place any stickers or shipping labels on the manufacturer's original package, as it will not be accepted for refund.
  • We recommend your return shipment to be insured and shipped with a tracking number. TNT Lighting LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from TNT Lighting LLC
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with used, missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Express shipping cost of any product

Refund Process

We will issue a credit to your charge account (less the accrued shipping charges) upon receipt of your returned merchandise if it is in good order and in accordance with the full policy listed above.

Refunds for returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tended at the time of your purchase. If payment was made by credit card, Pay-Pal, check, or Google checkout, please allow 5-10 business days for credit to be processed after receipt of return. When refund has been processed, please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 20 days from the date of purchase.

Types of Returns

Return for Credit: Receive a 100% store credit of the total sale price which can be used towards the purchase of any item we carry.

Replacement: We offer replacements of any defective or non-operational item purchased. If the product for replacement is no longer available, we will replace with same or better spec products. Each purchase comes with a minimum 2 year limited warranty.

Upgrades: If you find the purchased item is not the right one for the job, you can return it for a 100% store credit use for purchase of other products we carry.
